IDHAR RESMADI

Born in Bandung, July 19, 1985. Education that he took are D3 Broadcasting Communication Sciences Faculty, University of Padjadjaran (2003-2007), Department of Journalism, Faculty of Communication Sciences, University of Padjadjaran ( 2007-2011), and now is pursuing a Masters in Development Studies ITB ( 2013).

He also worked as a journalist at several media such as Ripple Magazine (2004-2009), Trax Magazine (2009), Kampus Pikiran Rakyat (2009-2010), and Media Manager at a non – government organization Common Room Networks Foundation who deals in Arts, Culture, Media and ICT since 2010.

Currently, he also wrote for some media like Rolling Stone Indonesia, Jakartabeat.net , and IndonesiaKreatif.net. His publications include Music Indie Label Records (2008), Like This: Kumpulan Tulisan Pilihan 2009-2010 Jakartabeat (2011), and Based on a True Story Pure Saturday (2013).

His object of writings are focused on music and culture. he also active as a researcher, speaker , moderator , and lecturer in various forums about music and cultural activities.
